The Digital Engagement Team at Karman Digital helps B2B clients grow their businesses by creating and delivering smart digital strategies that actually work. With skills across SEO, CRO, UX/UI, design, and content, the team uses HubSpot to build campaigns and solutions that connect with audiences and achieve real business results.

Is this role for you?
As a Content Designer, you'll be at the heart of crafting content that balances user needs with business objectives. You'll plan, create, and manage effective digital content that works across websites, social platforms, and other digital services. Collaboration is key - you'll work alongside designers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure the content delivers value to users while driving results for clients.
As part of this role, you'll also specialise in leveraging AI tools and strategies. This includes using AI for content generation, personalisation, and optimisation to elevate the quality of digital experiences. With AI becoming an essential part of digital engagement, you'll stay ahead of the curve, helping integrate smart tech into content solutions as well as working alongside other AI SMEs to create a clear path for AI within the business.

Key responsibilities
- Content Strategy Development: Planning and implementing content strategies that align with the business goals, including identifying target audiences, message frameworks, choosing appropriate content types, and setting content guidelines.
- User Experience (UX) and Information architecture: Planning content and content structure that enhances the user experience on digital platforms, focusing on CRO, clarity, accessibility, and user engagement.
- Content Creation and Optimisation: Develop and oversee diverse content types, including copywriting for digital platforms, video and multimedia production, social media posts, email campaigns, and paid media. Ensure all content is SEO-optimised, clear, engaging, and aligned with style guides and marketing goals.
- Performance Tracking and Refinement: Use analytics tools to monitor content performance and make data-driven improvements. Focus on enhancing engagement, reach, and effectiveness across platforms through editing, proofreading, and tailored strategies for each channel.
- AI Integration and Training: Implement AI-powered tools for content creation, including blogs, emails, social posts, and SEO recommendations. T rain internal teams and clients on AI capabilities like content generation, A/B testing, and predictive recommendations, supported by comprehensive training materials.
- AI Content Strategy: Continuously evaluate and refine AI-generated content to align with brand voice, SEO standards, and client goals. Leverage AI analytics, such as engagement metrics and content performance data, to refine strategies and improve quality, relevance, and audience engagement.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Work with marketing teams and clients to experiment with AI tools, ensuring they align with business objectives. Partner with HubSpot AI SME to streamline AI processes across teams, minimise silos, and maximise efficiency.
- Project management: Manage and deliver projects, ensuring workflows align with agile methodologies, including sprint planning, iterative delivery, and regular scrums to adapt and improve outcomes for clients.
- Implement SEO best practices: Conduct keyword research, optimise metadata, and structure content to enhance search engine visibility while ensuring it aligns with user needs and accessibility standards.
- Editing and Proofreading: Ensuring all content is error-free, clear, and adheres to the agency's or client's style guides.
Skills, competencies and experience
- Proactive and Organised: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent with excellent organisational skills and a strong ability to take initiative.
- Agency Experience: Experience of working in an agency environment across a broad range of clients
- Content Design Expertise: Proven experience in creating user-focused, accessible, and engaging digital content across various platforms.
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyse content performance metrics and use insights to inform content strategy and optimisation.
- Copywriting and Editing: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to tone, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, metadata optimisation, and content structuring for improved visibility.
- User-Centric Thinking: Clear understanding of UX and UI across multiple platforms and experience in designing content that meets user needs, improves user journeys, and aligns with business objectives.
- Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including digital engagement, marketing, and development.
- Content Management Systems (CMS): Proficiency in using CMS platforms to create, edit, and publish digital content.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Knowledge of Analytics Tools: Experience with tools such as Google Analytics or similar to evaluate content performance and engagement.
- Creativity and Problem-Solving: Ability to develop innovative solutions to content challenges while maintaining a user-first approach.
- AI Tools and Content Strategy Expertise: Proficiency in implementing and optimising AI-powered tools for content creation, analytics, and strategy refinement to align with brand voice, SEO standards, and business goals.
