The mission
Identity Group was having trouble with their Paprika system struggling to talk to HubSpot. This meant a whole bunch of problems, like messy reports, inaccurate data, and not having a clear picture of what was going on in the business. Because of this disconnect, it was hard for them to predict sales accurately and make good decisions.
That's where we came in. They reached out to us looking for a way to fix this mess and get all their data singing from the same hymn sheet. The goal was to ditch all the manual data entry, make sure everything in HubSpot was accurate so their reports were on point, and ultimately free up their sales team to focus on what they do best: closing deals!
